Maida / all-purpose flour: ¾ cup
Baking soda: ¼ tsp
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Powdered sugar: ¾ cup
Milk: ½ cup
Eggs: 3
Sunflower oil: 2 TBSP
Vanilla Essence

1. We have taken Maida / all-purpose flour: ¾ cup
2. Add baking powder: 1 tsp
3. Add baking soda: ¼ tsp
4. Add powdered sugar: 4 TBSP
5. Add milk (room temperature): ½ cup
6. Add sunflower oil: 2 TBSP
7. Add vanilla essence: 1 tsp (or your flavour)
8. Add egg yolks: 3, keep egg whites separate
9. Mix well, make batter without lumps
10. Keep aside
11. Take egg whites
12. Add a small pinch of salt
13. Keep ½ cup powdered sugar ready
14. Beat the egg whites
15. Add powdered sugar in small portions and beat well
16. Its ready, now will mix with Maida batter
17. Add in small portions and mix well (cut & fold)
18. Batter is ready
19. Two trays, with butter paper and greased with oil
20. Pour batter in trays
21. Cover with foil
22. Add enough water in the steamer
23. Steam the cakes for 45 minutes in low flame
24. Check after 45 minutes
25. The skewer should come out clean
26. Let it cool down
27. Take out from the tray
28. cut and use
