Coconut milk: 1 cup
Rava / Semolina: 1 cup
Aval (poha): ½ cup
Curd: ½ cup
Baking soda: ½ tsp

1. Take Rava / Semolina: 1 cup
2. Add poha: ½ cup
3. Add Curd: ½ cup
4. Spread it in the bowl and add water, just enough to cover
5. Keep for 5 minutes
6. Add coconut milk (1 cup) and grind it to a batter
7. Add more water if required
8. Add baking soda ¼ tsp
9. Add a pinch of salt
10. Mix well
11. Check & add salt if required
12. Mix well
13. Heat the pan
14. Pour batter and make dosas
15. Flip the sides
16. Take out when both sides are done
