Mutton: ½ Kg
Peppercorns: 2 tsp
Onion: 1 medium size
Ginger: 1 tsp
Garlic: 1 tsp
Green Chilli: 2
Turmeric: ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Garam Masala: 2 tsp
Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
Tomato: 1 medium
Curry Leaves: 2
Salt to taste

1. Heat some coconut oil in the pressure cooker
2. Add crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
3. Add chopped onion: 1 medium size
4. Sauté till onion becomes translucent
5. put on medium flame
6. Add crushed ginger: 1 tsp, crushed garlic: 1 tsp, Green chilli: 2 cut length wise
7. Sauté for some time
8. Add a pinch of turmeric powder, coriander powder: 1 tbsp
9. Add garam masala; 2 tsp, black pepper powder; 1 tsp
10. Sauté for 2 minutes
11. Add tomato: 1 medium size, small pieces
12. Add oil if required and cook till the tomatoes are cooked
13. Add mutton; ½ kg medium pieces
14. Add curry leaves: 2 stems
15. Add salt to taste
16. Mix well
17. Cover cook for 10 minutes without cooker weight/whistle
18. If required add more water, enough for cooking
19. Cook in the medium flame till mutton is done well
20. Check if mutton is cooked, else cook for some more time
21. Mix well, add salt if required
22. Keep it open, cook on medium flame till gravy reaches your preferred consistency
23. Final step: add some more crushed black pepper and mix well.
