Apple: 2
Eggs: 1
Milk: ½ cup
Sugar: 2 TBSP + ¼ cup
Oil: ¼ cup
Salt
Vanilla essence
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Maida: ½ cup
Vinegar; 1 tsp
Butter: 50 g

1. Peel 2 Apples, make a few slices for bottom layer
2. Grind remaining part to a smooth paste
3. Grease the tawa very well with butter, form a thick layer
4. Sprinkle sugar: 2 TBSP
5. Arrange apple slices and keep aside
6. One Egg in the mixing bowl
7. Add a small pinch of salt
8. Add a few drops of Vanilla essence
9. Add Sugar: ¼ cup powdered
10. Mix / whisk well
11. Add oil: ¼ cup and mix
12. Add Milk: ½ cup & mix /whisk well
13. Add apple paste & mix /whisk well
14. Add Maida (1 cup) in small portions & mix /whisk well
15. Add Baking powder: 2 tsp & mix /whisk well
16. Add Vinegar; 1 tsp & mix /whisk well
17. Pour the mix over apple slices
18. Cover & cook in low heat for 20 minutes
19. Flip using a plate
20. Cook open for another 5 minutes
21. Transfer to a plate, let it cool down
22. Slice and use
