Prawns: 40 nos medium, cleaned, de-veined
Onion - 2 medium
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder: ½ tbsp
Chilli powder: 1 ½ tbsp
Meat Masala: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder
Coconut oil
Salt

1. Prawns: 40 nos medium, cleaned, de-veined
2. Add Chilli powder: 1 ½ tbsp
3. Add Kashmiri chilli powder: ½ tbsp
4. Add a little turmeric powder
5. Add Meat Masala: 1 tbsp
6. Add Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
7. Add Coconut oil: ½ tsp
8. Add salt to taste
9. Add 1tsp water
10. Marinate well
11. Keep refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour
12. Turn on the stove, heat the pan
13. Add enough oil
14. Wait till the oil is hot
15. Add marinated prawns to the oil
16. On medium flame
17. After 3-4 minutes, put on low flame
18. turn the prawns, let both sides get fried properly
19. once both sides are done, remove prawns from the oil
20. Add 2 medium sized onions, sliced to the same oil
21. Increase the flame, sauté it well
22. Add salt to taste
23. Sauté the onions well
24. Add fried prawns
25. Mix well
26. Cook for another 5 minutes
