Roasted Semiya 1 Cup
Milk: 1 litre
Sugar: 5 tbsp
condensed milk ½ cup
Cashew
Raisins
Ghee: 2 tsp

1. Boil milk 1 litre
2. Add roasted Semiya 1 cup
3. Put on low flame
4. stir occasionally
5. Put on low flame
6. make Semiya almost done
7. Add sugar 2 tbsp
8. Let it cook in low flame
9. In parallel, heat a pan
10. Spread 3 tbsp sugar on it
11. stir Semiya occasionally
12. melt the sugar
13. when it starts turning brown
14. remove from stove and
15. add condensed milk: ½ cup while stirring
16. mix well
17. back on the stove, low flame
18. continue till colour changes to brown
19. add to the Semiya
20. wait till it starts boiling on the sides
21. turn off the stove
22. lightly fry the casher nuts
23. and fry raisins
24. add both to the Payasam
25. it’s ready
