Chicken: 350 grams
Ghee: 3 TBSP
Garlic: 6 cloves
Onion: 1
Coriander leaves:
Pepper: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: a pinch
Salt:
Garam masala: a pinch
Fresh cream: 4 TBSP

1. Heat ghee: 3 TBSP
2. Add garlic: 6 cloves-with skin crushed
3. Add one small onion diced
4. Sauté in high flame for 2 minutes. Till it turns soft
5. Add coriander leaves with stem: ½ cup
6. Sauté for a minute in medium flame
7. Add chicken: 350 grams. With bone
8. Add crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
9. Mix well. Fry in medium flame for 5 – 6 minutes
10. Fry till chicken turns brownish
11. Add a pinch of turmeric powder
12. Add salt to taste
13. Mix well. Fry in low flame for 2 minutes
14. Add water: 1 Litter
15. Mix well. Make it boil
16. Cover & cook for 30 minutes in low heat
17. Filter. Separate soup. Let it cool
18. Take out chicken from bone. Shred it to small pieces
19. Add soup back to the wok
20. Add shredded chicken
21. Add salt to taste
22. Add crushed black pepper: ½ tsp
23. Add a pinch of garam masala
24. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes in low heat
25. Add fresh cream; 4 TBSP
26. Mix well and heat for 2-3 minutes in low heat
27. Check and add salt if required
28. Add coriander leaves finely chopped
29. Mix and use
30. It’s ready
