Banana (Robusta): 1
Maida: 1 Cup
Grated Coconut: ½ Cup
Jaggery: ½ Cup
Egg: 1
Salt: to taste
Coconut Oil

1. Pan on stove
2. Add a little water
3. Add jaggery: ½ cup
4. Dissolve / melt it
5. Filter the solution and keep aside
6. Take Grated coconut: ½ cup
7. Grid coconut with very little water
8. Take Banana (Robusta): 1
9. Mash banana very well in a bowl
10. Add 1 egg
11. Mix well
12. Add 1 cup Maida
13. Mix well
14. Add a little jaggery solution
15. Mix well
16. Add coconut, Mix well
17. Salt to taste
18. Mix well
19. Add jaggery solution little by little and mix well
20. Consistency, a bit thicker than Dosa batter
21. Consistency: should not flow too much
22. Spread some oil, heat the pan
23. Put on low flame
24. Pour some batter on the pan
25. Turn it when one side is done
26. Take it when both the sides are done
