Red Rice: 1cup
Grated Coconut: ½ Cup
Jiggery: ½ Cup
Cardamom Powder
Sugar

1. Take Red rice / Raw rice: 1 cup
2. Roast rice well
3. Let it cool down
4. Grind it to a fine flour
5. Take Grated coconut: ½ cup
6. Grind coconut slightly
7. Jaggery ½ cup in a vessel
8. Add a little water
9. Switch on the flame
10. Keep till it melt well
11. Filter it
12. Continue with low flame
13. Add grinded coconut
14. Mix well
15. Add 1 tsp cardamom powder / or your choice
16. Mix well
17. Switch off the flame
18. Add rice flour little by little and mix well
19. To a consistency where we can shape it
20. Grease your hand with water
21. Take a small portion and roll it / shape it
22. sprinkle powdered sugar (optional)
