semolina: 1 cup
sugar: 1/4 cup
eggs: 1
vanilla essence: 1 tsp
baking powder: 1 tsp
oil: 1/2 cup
curd: 1/4 cup
sugar: 1/2 cup
lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
honey: 2 TBSP
butter: for greasing

1. Take egg: 1 in a bowl
2. Add curd: 1/4 cup
3. Add sugar: 1/4 cup
4. Blend well
5. Add baking powder: 1 tsp
6. Add vanilla essence: 1 tsp

7. Blend well
8. Add semolina: 1 cup
9. Mix well
10. Add oil: 1/2 cup
11. Mix well
12. Grease a cake tin with butter
13. Pour the mix
14. Bake for around 15 minutes
15. For syrup take sugar: 1/2 cup
16. Add water 1 cup
17. Stir well dissolve
18. Heat in low heat for 5 to 7 minutes
19. Add lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
20. Add honey: 2 TBSP
21. Mix well
22. Take basbousa from the tray
23. Pour the sugar syrup on it. Pour enough in all parts
24. Keep aside for 30 minutes
25. Cut and plate
26. Top with some more sugar syrup
27. Its ready
