Hot and Sour Chicken Soup | Restaurant Style

beans: 1/4 cup chopped

soy sauce: 1 TBSP
vinegar: 2 tsp
cornflour: 3 TBSP

1. Boil water 4 cups
2. Add Onion 1 diced
3. add ginger 1 inch
4. add garlic 8 cloves
5. add chicken
6. add salt to taste

7. Boil for 30 minutes
8. Filter the water and keep aside
9. Shred the chicken, discard the bones
10. heat oil
11. add ginger 2 tsp chopped
12. add garlic 2 tsp chopped
13. sauté for a minute in high heat
14. add carrot 1/4 cup chopped
15. add capsicum 1/4 cup chopped
16. add beans 1/4 cup chopped
17. sauté for a minute in high heat
18. add cabbage 1/2 cut to thin strings
19. sauté for two minutes in high heat
20. add salt to taste
21. add black pepper powder 2 tsp
22. mix well
23. add chicken stock, the water we filtered out
24. mix well
25. add chili sauce 1 TBSP
26. add soy sauce 1 TBSP
27. add vinegar 2 tsp
28. add shredded chicken
29. dissolve 3 TBSP cornflour in water and add
30. dissolve 3 TBSP cornflour in water and add
31. mix well
32. boil again. Make it thick as you prefer
33. sprinkle chopped spring onions
34. mix well
35. its ready
