garam masala powder: 1 tsp
cumin powder: 1 tsp
tomato: 4 paste

1. heat oil
2. add onion 1 chopped
3. sauté for a while
4. add garlic 5 cloves crushed
5. sauté for a while
6. add all 3 types capsicums - diced
6. add all 3 types capsicums - diced
7. mix well
8. add salt to taste
9. cover and cook for 5 minutes in low heat
10. add chicken
11. mix well
12. add salt to taste
13. add black pepper powder 2 tsp
14. add paprika 2 tsp
15. add garam masala powder 1 tsp
16. add cumin powder 1 tsp
17. mix well
18. grind and add tomato and mix well
19. cover and cook for 2 minutes in medium heat
20. add jeerakasala rice soaked for 15 minutes
21. mix well
22. add water 1 1/2 cups. Mix well
23. check and add salt if required
24. cover and cook in low flame
25. stir in between
26. cook rice and chicken well
27. mix and serve
28. its ready
