coriander powder: 2 TBSP
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
lemon juice: 1 lemon
vinegar: 2 TBSP

1. clean and make some cuts on the fish
2. wash with salt water
3. heat oil
4. fry both sides well
5. keep aside
6. continue in same oil. Remove excess oil

8. add curry leaves
9. fry for 2 minutes, don't burn
10. turn to low flame and add ginger garlic paste
11. sauté for a while
12. add coriander powder: 2 TBSP
13. add chili powder: 3 TBSP
14. add turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
15. add pepper powder: 1 tsp
16. add salt to taste
17. sauté for a while
18. add lemon juice
19. add vinegar
20. mix well, make a thick paste
21. add fried fish and coat well
22. fry both sides for 2 more minutes
23. take out and plate
24. it’s ready
