1. in mixer jarl add dry red chili: 20
2. ginger: 1 inch, garlic: 5 cloves
3. ajwain: a pinch, coriander seeds: 3 tsp

8. add required water and make a fine paste
9. keep aside
10. marinate fish steaks with masala paste
11. marinate for 15 minutes
12. heat oil 2 TBSP
13. fry fish - both sides around 5 minutes

17. add garlic: 10 cloves, chopped and sauté for a while
18. add onion: 1, chopped
19. add chili flakes: 1 tsp, give a mix
20. add curry leaves, give a stir
21. add coriander leaves, fry for a while
22. add masala paste, 4 tsp
23. mix well
24. add water 1/2 cup, mix well
25. stir, wait till oil separates
26. check and add salt to taste
27. add fried fish steaks and coat well
28. cook for another 5-6 minutes
