oil: 1/2 cup
chicken: 1 kg
onion: 2
green chili: 3 big
tomatoes: 2
coriander seeds: 1 TBSP
red chili flakes: 1 TBSP
cumin seeds: 1 TBSP
black peppercorns: 1 TBSP
ginger: 2 inches

1. Heat ½ cup oil in a kadai
2. Add chicken in large pieces
3. Sprinkle some salt
4. Flip when it turns golden brown on one side
5. Continue till it forms brown patches in all sides
6. Add sliced onions 2

7. Add sliced green chilies 3 big
8. Add tomatoes 2 chopped
9. Toss, cook in high flame
10. Cook till onion starts wilting
11. Make a coarse ground from coriander seeds, chili flakes, cumin seeds and peppercorns (1 TBSP each)
12. Add the mix to the chicken
13. Mix well coat well
14. Add well crushed ginger 2 inches
15. Mix well
16. Cover and cook in low heat for 20 minutes
17. Cook till chicken is done
18. Give a quick stir
19. Adjust salt and pepper levels
20. Serve and top with coriander leaves
21. It’s ready
