1. Take chicken in a thick bottom vessel
2. Add chili powder: 1 TBSP, coriander powder: 1/2 TBSP, garam masala powder: 1 TBSP, biryani masala powder: 1 TBSP, cumin powder: 1 TBSP
3. add salt to taste
4. mix coat well
5. add some oil
6. mix coat well

7. arrange pieces at bottom evenly
8. add greenchilies chopped and fried onion
9. add some mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves
10. add curd: 1/2 cup
11. arrange all on top. Don't mix
12. keep aside for 2 hours
13. In a bowl take finely chopped ginger
14. add ginger garlic paste: 1 TBSP
15. add chili sauce: 1 TBSP
16. add some sugar to balance(optional)
17. mix well and spred the mix over chicken
18. boil water for cooking rice
19. add salt. Add a bit more for rice
20. add oil: 1TBSP
21. add spices. cardamom: 4, cloves: 5, cinnamon sticks: 1, bay leaf: 1, javathiri: 1, black cardamom: 1
22. add soaked basmati rice: 1 Kg
23. mix once
24. cook rice around 60% done
25. drain and spread half portion of rice over chicken
26. add fried onion
27. add some mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves
28. Spread remaining rice
29. pour saffron water in two lines
30. add fried onion
31. add some mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves
32. add some lime juice: 1 TBSP
33. Add ghee: 1 TBSP
34. Cover with lid and keep some weight on top
35. Cook in high, medium and low heat for 10 minutes each
36. off the flame and rest for 10 mnutes
37. mix and serve
38. it's ready
