1. grind below items to a fine powder: coriander seeds: 1 TBSP, cardamom: 3, cinnamon sticks: 1, nutmeg: small piece, bay leaf: 2, black peppercorns: 1 tsp, cloves: 6, dry chili: 2
2. heat oil: 2 TBSP in a pressure cooker
3. add cashew nuts
4. sauté till cashews get a light color
5. add onions: 1 sliced
6. add salt to taste

7. sauté onions well
8. add ginger garlic paste: 1 TBSP
9. add green chilies 2
10. add some mint leaves
11. mix well. Give a stir
12. add water. 2 cups for each cup of rice
13. bring to a boil
14. add rice which is soaked for 20 minutes
15. mix once
16. cook open till rice green absorbs some water
17. take 1 TBSP butter in a bowl
18. add saffron
19. add masala powder we made. Quantity as per our taste
20. add red chili powder: 1 tsp
21. add fried onions
22. mix well.
23. add curd: 2 TBSP
24. add a pinch of salt
25. mix well
26. pour the mix on top of the rice
27. spread as much as possible. Don't mix
28. cover and cook on medium heat to one whistle
29. turn off the flame. Wait till pressure ends
30. let it cool down slightly
31. mix and serve
32. it's ready
