1. dry roast dry red chili: 5, cloves: 5, fennel seeds: 1 TBSP, poppy seeds: 1 TBSP
2. make a fine powder
3. roast and add chana dal to this
4. grind again to make a coarse mix
5. dry roast grated coconut: 3 TBSP, garlic: 2 TBSP chopped, green chili: 4 chopped
6. add curry leaves

7. sauté for 2 minutes
8. add onion:1 chopped
9. sauté for 3 minutes
10. add minced meat and spread evenly
11. cover and cook in low heat for 8 minutes. Mix in between
12. continue till the mince is cooked
13. add chopped coriander leaves
14. add salt to taste
15. let it slightly cool down
16. blend to a coarse mix
17. add masala mix we made as required
18. mix well.
19. add egg as required to reach consistency to make balls
20. mix well. Adjust to a consistency to make balls
21. shape it to balls
22. fry in medium hot oil
23. it's ready
