Chilli: 1-2
Coconut: 2 tbsp
Rava: ½ cup
Rice Flour: 1 tbsp
Maida: ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Curd: 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt

1. Grind tomato (2), red chilli (2) and grated coconut (2 tbsp) to a fine paste adding required water
2. Transfer it to a bowl for mixing
3. Add rava ½ cup
4. Add rice flour 1 tbsp
5. Add Maida ½ tbsp
6. Add cumin seeds ½ tsp
7. Add coriander leaves chopped
8. Add curry leaves chopped
9. Add salt to taste
10. Mix well
11. Add ½ cup water
12. Add curd 2 tbsp
13. mix well. Keep it for 20 minutes
14. Mix well
15. Add enough water to a running consistency
16. Heat the pan
17. Pour the batter like this
18. Drop some oil on the edges if required
19. Cover and cook for some time
20. It will become crispy and starts coming out on the sides
21. Fold and take it from the pan
