Spinach (palak):
oil: 2 TBSP
cumin seeds: 1+1 tsp
green chillies: 2
onion: 1 chopped
ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
turmeric powder: a pinch
coriander powder: 1 tsp
Besan: 1 TBSP
Tomatoes: 1 chopped
sugar:
curd: 1 TBSP
fresh cream: 1 TBSP
garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
ghee: 1 TBSP
garlic: 5 cloves
dry red chili: 1

1. wash well and clean palak
2. keep in boiling water for 3 minutes
3. transfer to cold water and keep for a minute
4. make a fine paste from half of palak
5. coarsely chop remaining palak
6. heat oil

7. add cumin seeds: 1 tsp
8. add green chilies: 2 chopped
9. fry for a few seconds
10. add onion:1 chopped
11. mix and cook till onion turns soft
12. add ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
13. cook for a while
14. add a pinch of turmeric powder
15. add coriander powder: 1 tsp
16. mix well and heat for a while
17. add besan: 1 TBSP and a little water
18. mix and cook well in low heat
19. add tomatoes:1 chopped
20. cook for a while
21. add chopped palak
22. mix well
23. add palak paste that we made and required water
24. mix well and cook for 2 minutes
25. add salt to taste
26. add a pinch of sugar
27. mix well and add water if required
28. cook for a while
29. beat and add curd 1 TBSP
30. add fresh cream 1 TBSP
31. mix well and cook for 2 minutes in low heat
32. check and add salt if required
33. add garam masala powder: 1 tsp
34. mix well and cook for 2 minutes in low heat
35. transfer to a bowl
36. heat ghee
37. splutter cumin seeds: 1 tsp
38. add garlic cloves and dry red chilies
