chicken: 500 g
ginger garlic paste: 2 TBSP
salt:
green chili: 2
coriander powder: 1 TBSP
garam masala powder: 1 tsp
kashmiri chili powder: 2 TBSP
curry leaves:
egg white: 1
maida: 2 TBSP
cornflour: 1 TBSP
curd: 1 TBSP
oil: optional
capsicum: 1
black peppercorns: 1 TBSP

1. take chicken in a bowl
2. add ginger garlic paste: 2 TBSP
3. add salt to taste
4. add green chili: 2
5. add coriander powder: 1 TBSP
6. add garam masala powder: 1 tsp

7. add kashmiri chili powder: 2 TBSP
8. add curry leaves:
9. add egg white: a little
10. add maida: 2 TBSP
11. add corn flour: 1 TBSP
12. add curd as required
13. add oil: 1 tsp optional
14. mix well
15. pre-heat air fryer for 3 minutes - 180 degree Celsius
16. arrange chicken in fryer
17. run for 8 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius
18. cut capsicum. apply some salt and add to the fryer
19. run for 3 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius
20. plate
21. top with crushed black peppercorns
22. it's ready
