1. soak rice for 30 minutes and drain
2. grind ginger, garlic, shallots, dry red chili to a fine paste with min required water
3. heat 3 TBSP oil in cooker
4. add ghee 1 TBSP
5. add cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves
6. sauté for 30 seconds

7. add onion 1 chopped
8. sauté till it turns golden
9. add green chili 2
10. add ground masala
11. mix well
12. sauté for a minute
13. add coriander leaves 1 cup
14. add mint leaves 1/4 cup
15. mix well sauté for a minute
16. add chili powder 1/2 TB and mix well
17. add tomato 1 chopped
18. add curd 1 TBSP
19. add salt to taste
20. mix well sauté to make it soft
21. add water 1.5 cups
22. check and add salt as required for the rice
23. boil for a minute
24. add soaked rice and ix well
25. cook for 2 minutes
26. add lemon juice 2 TBSP and mix well
27. close cooker cook till steam start coming out
28. put weight simmer for 10 minutes
29. switch off and on if it is about to whistle
30. switch off and wait till the pressure ends
31. sprinkle chopped coriander leaves
32. top with ghee 1 TBSP
33. mix gently
34. it's ready
