1. crush together fennel seeds, cumin seeds and black peppercorns and keep aside
2. heat oil 2 TBSP
3. add onion 1 chopped
4. saute for a while
5. add curry leaves and saute
6. add tomatoes 1 chopped

7. add ginger garlic paste 1/2 TBSP
8. saute till it become soft
9. add chili powder 1/2 tsp
10. add garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
11. add coriander powder 1/2 tsp
12. add turmeric powder: a pinch
13. saute well
14. add mushrooms, cleaned and cut
15. add salt to taste
16. saute for a while
17. sprinkle required water
18. cover and cook in medium flame for 5 minutes
19. let it cook well
20. add crushed masala mix that we have prepared
21. add some coriander leaves
22. cook for a minute
23. its ready
