1. add grated coconut 1/2 cup in mixer grinder
2. add cumin seeds 1 pinch
3. add garlic 2 cloves
4. grind coarsely and keep aside
5. heat 1 tsp ghee and 2 tsp oil

8. add chana dal 1/4 tsp
9. add dry red chili 1
10. sauté till it turns light brown
11. add green chili 1
12. add chopped onion 1
13. add curry leaves
14. sauté for a minute
15. add cleaned and cut spinach / palak
16. add salt to taste
17. mix well sauté for 3-4 minutes
18. add coconut mix
