chat masala: 1 tsp
beetroot: 1/2 cup grated
coriander leaves:

1. take curd in a bowl
2. add black pepper powder and chat masala
3. mix well
4. add cooked rice 1 cup
5. add grated beetroot
6. mix well

7. add more curd as required
8. add chopped coriander leaves
9. add split cashew nuts
10. mix well
11. check and add salt as required
12. heat oil 1 TBSP
13. splutter mustard seeds
14. add chopped green chili
15. add curry leaves
16. add to the curd rice
