Banana Yelakki: 6
Maida: 1 cup
Jaggery: 2 tbsp
Cardamom: 3
Cumin: ½ tsp
Salt: to taste

1. Take Banana Yelakki: 6
2. Add Cumin: ½ tsp
3. Add Cardamom: 3, only seeds
4. Add Jaggery: 2 tbsp, powdered
5. Grind to a fine paste with water
6. Add the paste to 1 cup Maida
7. Mix well
8. Add salt to taste
9. Add water to a Dosa batter consistency
10. Heat the pan, spread some oil
11. Pour some batter to the pan
12. Turn it when one side is done
13. Take once both sides are done
