Basmati rice: 1 cup
Oil
Capsicum: 1
Onion:1
Green chili: 1
Salt: to taste
Eggs: 3
Soya Sauce: 2 ½ TBSP
Black pepper: 1 TSP crushed

1. Cook rice and keep it ready
2. Heat Oil in a pan, continue in high flame
3. Add Capsicum: 1, Onion:1, Green chili: 1
4. Sauté well
5. Add Salt to taste
6. Sauté well
7. Add Eggs: 3
8. Sauté, stir well, make it scrambled
9. Add Soya Sauce: 1 ½ TBSP
10. Add cooked rice
11. Mix well
12. Turn to low flame
13. Check Sauce, salt level
14. Add more soya sauce if required
15. Add Black pepper: 1 TSP crushed
16. Mix well
