Jaggery: ½ cup
Milk: ¾ cup
Oil “: ½ cup
Flour: 250 g
Baking powder: 1 TBSP
Baking soda ½ tsp
Raisins

1. Take Jaggery (½ cup powdered)
2. Add ¾ cup milk
3. Add oil ½ cup
4. Beat well for 5 minutes
5. Add Maida (all-purpose flour): 250 grams (sieve if not a fine flour)
6. Add baking powder 1 TBSP
7. Add baking soda ½ tsp
8. Mix well, better use blender
9. Keep the tray ready, dust with flour
10. Remove the gasket (washer) and whistle (weight) from the cooker
11. Preheat the cooker for 2 minutes
12. Transfer the batter to the tray
13. Smoothen the surface
14. Decorate with raisins
15. Place it on a ring in the cooker
16. Close and in medium flame for 5 minutes
17. Then bake in low flame around 45 minutes
18. Use a skewer, check if it is done
19. The skewer should come out clean
20. Let it cool down
21. Take it out from the tray
