Rava / Semolina: 1cup
Green chillies: 1
Ginger: 1 small
Grated Coconut: ¼ cup
Mustard: ½ tsp
Cumin: ½ tsp
Nuts: ½ tsp
Dried chillies: 1
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp
Lemon juice: ½ lime
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt

1. Heat oil
2. Add green chilli: 1 finely chopped
3. Add green ginger: 1 finely chopped
4. Sauté for some time
5. Add water: 2 ½ cup
6. Add salt to taste
7. Add grated coconut: ¼ cup
8. Cook to boil
9. Add roasted rava (1 cup) slowly while stirring
10. Cover cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes
11. Stir to a consistency where we can make small balls from it
12. Let it cool down a bit
13. Make small balls and place them in the steamer
14. Steam / cook the balls 10-15 minutes
15. Let it cool down and transfer to a plate
16. Heat oil in a pan and turn to low flame
17. splutter mustard seeds
18. splutter cumin seeds: ½ tsp
19. Add some dal
20. Add curry leaves
21. Add dry chilies
22. Sauté for some time
23. Add turmeric powder: 1 tsp
24. Add chili powder: 1 tsp
25. Add salt to taste
26. Sauté lightly
27. Add rava balls
28. Stir, roll, toss gently
29. Let it get coated with the spices
30. Add curry leaves
31. Squeeze ½ lime
32. We are done
